Rick remembers Chuck Bundy

Stan,
I learned this week that Chuck Bundy died earlier this month, Oct. 8. He was the father of Connie (' 64) and Lynn (' 66) and also Janet and Jeri (too young for me to remember what classes they were in!).

He was a great guy, and was actively involved at Emmanuel Episcopal Church where my dad was the minister in the early 60's. I remember him well as co-host with Jerry Van Kempen of the Jingle Bells Show that was on local TV for so many years. Through the years Chuck did so many outstanding things for the city of Alexandria: Chamber of Commerce, Public Works, School Board, etc. But his best contribution was his daughters with whom we went to school!
