Diane McCarthy is coming from Texas!

Dear Stan,

Thank you so much for keeping the website going -- it's so much fun, reminiscing with everyone.

I am planning to come for the Reunion - just the weekend, however. Texas schools start before Labor Day - in fact, I will report to work on August 11th. I will have to ask my principal for Friday, August 20th to be off so I can travel that day. Anyway, I am looking forward to being there.

My e-mail has changed. I live in the same house in Carrollton, TX 75007.

I'll sum up what has happened in the past five years - our son was married and now I have one grandson, Brandon Kyle, born in August a year ago. I recently became a widow, and I'm still working in the school district. 

My mother passed away in March so I feel like an orphan. My sister is still living and is in Wahpeton, ND, with her husband, Jim Hartman, a 1967 graduate from Jefferson. That is about it!

I understand that I may be the only one who still has the '65 T-shirt with all the names on it. I have e-mailed Kathy Sherry Skadsberg over the years. She polled her friends and no one still has theirs.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Reunion - who knows how many people I will recognize because the last Reunion I was at, was in 1990.
