Last minute rules set by '65Roundup committee

The Jefferson High School Class of 1965 Roundup at The Corral in Nelson Rules Committee met briefly Monday afternoon to go over last minute details for Saturday night. The committee voted unanimously to make the backroom a smoke-free area. Smokers will be invited to use the smoking area in the adjacent bar. Bored spouses will be allowed to quietly leave the backroom to go and watch the wide-screen television in the separate front bar where the Twins are featured on Saturday nights. Party-crashers are welcome, but will pay full price ($15) for each entrant. Further, the committee decided, Betty Larson Butcher will play "Roll Out the Barrel" on her piano once only, no matter how many times Bobby Watson or any other dandy may request hearing it. Other last minute issues will be left up to the Trailboss and Mrs. Trailboss, unless, of course, Class President Paul Strandberg happens to be sober and vertical enough to make decisions.
The committee moved to adjourn until 2015.
