So now we know.

Dear Tom Obert:
Carol Gaffaney forwarded your request for the number of graduates in the Class of 1965 to me in the Guidance Office at Jefferson. I went back and counted the names on the program for commencement and it came to 262. Hope this number helps you win the argument you had at your class reunion!

(Somebody else won a Bobblehead Ole for getting this number right at the reunion. Obert, intransigent perpetual font of misinformation that he is, still maintains his number of graduates is correct at 279. Oh well. TB)
