Can't stop Minnesota's fall

It's that time of year when Minnesota gets too gorgeous for words. You take pictures to try to freeze its wonder in time. It doesn't work. Try as we might to stop it, leaves will fall. Fortunately it all comes back and colors and weather blend into the splendid harmony of our favorite season.

The pictures were made by the trailboss today on County 78 near his house. Yesterday he finished a little movie about an old friend and the Canadian wilderness way back in 1978. If you're interested in it, click on this link to YouTube and the five-minute movie.
