The photographer pauses to pose with friends

This photo of Kathy Josephs, Lorlee Bartos, and Bev Roers was not taken by Lorlee. Lorlee took about 100 photos of classmates and finally handed her new digital camera to an unnamed assistant for this dandy picture of herself with chums. Lorlee says that she can make prints available at a special site if there is a demand for them, but for now the photos will just appear sporadically on the blog for everyone's enjoyment. Lorlee continues: "Now I made a point of taking a picture of everyone there and those Steinmetz twins were not among the crowd. I actually was looking forward to seeing them since 40 years ago, we seemed to delight in needling each other. For that same reason, it was nice to see John Kusske with whom I had a similar relationship. He and I shared a delightful conversation. Amazing that in a mere 40 years, one mellows out."
