The warden threw a party in the county jail.
The prison band was there and they began to wail.
The band was jumpin' and the joint began to swing.
You should've heard those knocked out jailbirds sing.

Betty Larson and John Herdan were joined by Class of '66 refugee Rick Beresford in the photo above. Class members who know about John's son's band ("B Team All-Stars") and want something fun to do at the State Fair, here is the scoop:

Event: County Fair Winners talent contest
Performance Date, Time: Thursday, Aug. 25, 7 p.m.
Site: Teen Fair, Baldwin Park
Background: The "B Team All-Stars" won the Benton County Fair talent contest to get to the State Fair. If they win the 25th they go on to the county finals on Sept. 3 at the same location. If they finish in the top two they move on to finals in the main grandstand on Sept. 4. Got that? Be there or be square.
